You’ll identify, engage, and develop high-potential partners — from Introducing Brokers (IBs) and affiliates to trading communities and financial influencers — building scalable partnership ecosystems that generate measurable growth in trading volume and market presence.

Identify and engage IBs, affiliates, trading communities, and strategic partners to expand the regional ecosystem
Leverage existing client portfolios and professional networks to introduce fintech partnership opportunities
Build and manage a structured pipeline of partners while actively participating in local business communities
Represent the organisation in regional financial and entrepreneurial landscapes to strengthen brand visibility
Present partnership models and revenue opportunities, structuring mutually beneficial agreements
Convert established relationships into scalable affiliate and Sub-IB frameworks
Drive net deposits, trading volume, and partner activation through ongoing development and retention
Build predictable monthly trading volume via sustainable partner management
Develop multi-tier affiliate structures to support long-term ecosystem growth
Align local strategies with global partnership architecture and expansion goals
Mentor emerging partnership leaders and provide market insights to support global scaling
✅ Requirements
Professional working proficiency in English (C1), oral and written
Proven experience in business development, partnerships, or commercial revenue roles
Strong networking capabilities with an existing portfolio of clients, investors, or partners
Demonstrated success in building and monetizing relationship-driven opportunities
Experience expanding markets or developing partnership ecosystems
Entrepreneurial mindset with strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking
Excellent negotiation, deal-structuring, and relationship-management skills
Strong communication skills and professional presence with senior stakeholders
Basic knowledge of financial markets, investment products, or trading services (advantageous)
