Overview
We're looking for a Senior Growth Client Partner to join our team in Brussels, Belgium in a hybrid working mode. This is a high-impact role focused on accelerating EPAM's revenue growth in the Belgian market by building strong client partnerships and creating new opportunities. By leveraging your expertise and network, you will help deliver strategic value for clients while positioning EPAM as a leader in digital transformation and technology innovation.
Responsibilities
- Build and grow EPAM's commercial pipeline in Belgium with clear annual revenue targets across new and existing accounts
- Identify, qualify and pursue new client opportunities in priority verticals such as BFSI, retail & consumer, telecom & media and EU institutions
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with C-level stakeholders to position EPAM's integrated capabilities, including digital product engineering, cloud, GenAI, data transformation and cybersecurity
- Collaborate with technology partners (Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud) to develop co-selling strategies and enhance market reach
- Drive brand visibility within the Belgian IT community through active engagement in industry events and professional networks
- Lead account planning and conduct structured QBRs to ensure client satisfaction, retention and continuous growth
- Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to identify emerging opportunities and promote innovative EPAM solutions
- Contribute to go-to-market initiatives by supporting Belgian-focused proposals, case studies and marketing activities
- Report regularly on pipeline, forecasts and market intelligence to inform business planning
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in IT services sales, business development or account management in Belgium
- Proven success in closing and expanding large-scale IT service engagements including digital transformation, cloud and managed services
- Strong personal network of senior IT decision-makers (CTO, CDO, VP IT) within at least one priority vertical
- Fluency in French and Dutch with professional English proficiency
- Experience building and leveraging relationships with major technology partners for co-selling opportunities
- Active participation and presence in Belgian IT and business communities (e.g., Beltug, CIONET Belgium, Data News)
- Ability to present complex, multi-disciplinary service offerings at C-level
Nice to have
- Previous experience with a global IT services organization and an understanding of nearshore/offshore delivery models
- Familiarity with AI and GenAI adoption frameworks and business implications
- Knowledge of customer experience, commerce transformation and digital marketing for cross-sell opportunities
- Established relationships with European institutions in Brussels
- Experience structuring long-term managed services or engineering engagements
