The Sales Executive drives new business for Gravie's Level-Funded (Comfort) and ICHRA products through broker partnerships and direct employer relationships, executing a disciplined sales process and achieving sales targets within a defined territory.

Requirements

  • 3–7+ years of sales experience in health insurance, benefits consulting, or stop-loss sales
  • Established relationships with regional brokers and consultants
  • Strong understanding of health plan funding models (fully insured, level-funded, ICHRA)
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
  • Self-starter with a drive to exceed goals in a high-growth environment
