Requirements

  • 2-3+ years experience as a Sales Development Representative, or similar sales/client-facing role
  • Exposure to the renewable energy, sustainability, clean tech, or energy sector
  • Fluency in at least one Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish, or Icelandic) is required
  • Strong client management and customer service skills
  • Experience with outbound sales, lead generation, and account management
  • Proficiency using Salesforce, Salesloft, or similar CRM and sales engagement platforms
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, structured environment
  • Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously
