We’re looking for a Middle+ Data Analyst to own product and portfolio analytics for Credit Cards: dashboards, recurring performance reporting, and A/B testing analytics.

You will work closely with Product Managers and the Head of Cards to make decisions fast and evidence-based. The role goes beyond reporting - you’ll build a clear metrics system, drive experimentation readouts, and help the team understand what actually moves the portfolio.

Key responsibilities

  • Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports that are actually used (clarity > complexity)

  • Support A/B tests end-to-end: analytics input on design, sizing sanity checks, results readout, rollout recommendations

  • Define and standardize metric definitions with stakeholders (one source of truth)

  • Work closely with product and data to align every report with real business goals

  • Step in beyond your scope when needed — we value ownership over rigid roles

Requirements and expectations

  • 2+ years of experience in product analytics / portfolio analytics

  • Strong SQL (joins, window functions) and solid Python for analysis

  • Experience with experimentation / causal thinking (A/B tests, cohorts, bias pitfalls)

  • Ability to explain complex systems metrics in a simple, clear way
