International fintech-oriented company is looking for an experienced Head of Payments to lead and scale payment operations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily payment operations, payouts, refunds, and transaction flows
- Monitor payment performance, settlements, balances, and operational stability
- Manage relationships with payment providers and external partners
- Lead and develop the Payments team
- Improve operational processes and implement automation initiatives
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards
- Investigate and resolve payment-related issues and operational risks
Requirements:
- Strong experience in payments / fintech / banking operations
- Experience working with high-risk industries (iGaming / Crypto / Forex / high-risk processing)
- Good understanding of payment providers, gateways, and transaction flows
- Experience managing teams and operational processes
- Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders
- Hands-on and detail-oriented approach
