Description

GlobalLogic estimates the starting base salary for the Product Designer UX/U role in Miami, FL to be between $110000 to $120000 and reflects base salary only and does not include additional performance-linked variable compensation, benefits etc that may be applicable for the role. This pay range is provided as a good faith estimate and the amount offered may be higher or lower. GlobalLogic takes many factors into consideration in making an offer, including candidate qualifications, work experience, operational needs, travel and onsite requirements, internal peer equity, prevailing wage, responsibilities, and other market and business considerations.

Requirements

UX/UI team must help define and govern:
• Web components.
• React Native components.
• Content-to-component mappings.
• Component states and variants.
• Responsive behavior.
• Interaction patterns.
• Accessibility requirements.
• Design tokens.
• Implementation acceptance criteria.
Product and UX/UI design
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces.
• Support responsive website and React Native app experiences.
• Translate business needs into coherent end-to-end journeys.
• Produce design variations for review and decision-making.
• Prepare designs and supporting materials for implementation.
Design-system and component governance
• Apply and strengthen the existing design system.
• Define component states, variants, behaviors, and usage rules.
• Help map Figma components to web and React Native components.
• Support Contentful content-to-component mapping.
• Maintain consistency across products, platforms, and agency output.
• Help identify duplicated, missing, or inconsistent patterns.
AI-enabled delivery
• Use approved AI tools to accelerate design, synthesis, documentation, andprototyping.
• Help create reusable prompts, templates, and workflow standards.
• Produce structured inputs that can support
AI-assisted engineering.
• Partner with IT as Claude Code and related tools enter the developmentworkflow.
• Review AI-generated outputs for quality, accessibility, consistency, andfeasibility.
• Validation and quality Prepare and support usability testing.
• Analyze testing and behavioral findings.
• Document usability risks and recommendations.
• Review implemented experiences for design drift.
• Help define experience acceptance criteria. Support pre-release and post-launch experience quality reviews.
Cross-functional collaboration
• Work with business leaders, Product Owners, Product Management, IT,Engineering, and agency partners.
• Document decisions, assumptions, dependencies, and unresolved questions.
• Support design reviews and stakeholder presentations.
• Translate between business language, experience requirements, and technicaldelivery needs.

Job responsibilities

• Strong UX/UI and product design experience.
• Advanced Figma skills, including components, variants, prototyping, anddesign systems.
• Experience designing responsive websites and mobile applications.
• Understanding of user journeys, interaction design, usability, and accessibility.
• Ability to translate ambiguous requirements into structured solutions.
• Experience collaborating with developers, Product teams, and businessstakeholders.
• Strong documentation and communication skills. Familiarity with component-based product development.
• Demonstrated AI fluency or the ability to adopt AI-assisted design workflowsquickly.
