Project Delivery Manager — Role Purpose:
- Lead complex R&D initiatives from start to finish.
- Coordinate multiple teams working on the same outcome.
- Keep projects moving when priorities and dependencies collide.
Examples of projects:
- Large product releases involving several squads.
- Cross-functional initiatives spanning Product and Engineering.
- Projects where timelines, risks, and dependencies need active management.
