Junior Account Manager (Sales). Remote within Brazil (Sao Paulo).

What you will do:

  • Assist in managing and developing partner relationships.
  • Coordinate outsourcing tasks and create detailed instructions for teams.
  • Handle partner communications and collect feedback.
  • Manage projects related to news channels.
  • Support partners with onboarding and resolve frequent requests.
  • Manage interactions and requests within CRM chats.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Portuguese and English (B2+).
  • Proficiency in Russian (C1+).
  • Experience in negotiation, working with contractors, and managing claims.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace.
  • Excellent communication skills.
