Junior Account Manager (Sales). Remote within Brazil (Sao Paulo).
What you will do:
- Assist in managing and developing partner relationships.
- Coordinate outsourcing tasks and create detailed instructions for teams.
- Handle partner communications and collect feedback.
- Manage projects related to news channels.
- Support partners with onboarding and resolve frequent requests.
- Manage interactions and requests within CRM chats.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Portuguese and English (B2+).
- Proficiency in Russian (C1+).
- Experience in negotiation, working with contractors, and managing claims.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace.
- Excellent communication skills.
