We're looking for a Total Rewards Manager to serve as a key member of our Human Resource team, owning the administration and execution of Gravie’s compensation and benefits programs.

Requirements

  • Investigate and resolve file feed data errors
  • Manage benefits-related email communications
  • Manage the Leave of Absence process
  • Own the new hire benefits onboarding experience
  • Process ADP new hire enrollments
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employee benefit questions
  • Collaborate with insurance brokers and carriers
  • Manage market pricing and benchmarking requests
  • Administer 401(k) and Health & Welfare annual testing
  • Provide level 1 support to the HRBP team and Payroll
  • Partner with the Total Rewards Director & HRBP’s on the annual merit process
  • Provide support and partner with the Finance team
  • Manage wellness and benefits workshops and communications
