We're looking for a Total Rewards Manager to serve as a key member of our Human Resource team, owning the administration and execution of Gravie’s compensation and benefits programs.
Requirements
- Investigate and resolve file feed data errors
- Manage benefits-related email communications
- Manage the Leave of Absence process
- Own the new hire benefits onboarding experience
- Process ADP new hire enrollments
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee benefit questions
- Collaborate with insurance brokers and carriers
- Manage market pricing and benchmarking requests
- Administer 401(k) and Health & Welfare annual testing
- Provide level 1 support to the HRBP team and Payroll
- Partner with the Total Rewards Director & HRBP’s on the annual merit process
- Provide support and partner with the Finance team
- Manage wellness and benefits workshops and communications
