Requirements:
- 3+ years in IT
- Fluent German and English (C1)
- Proven AI tooling proficiency (we use Claude daily)
Responsibilities:
- Lead presales: gather requirements, prepare MVP concepts and proposals for DACH clients
- Manage the full development cycle: Jira, task decomposition, resource planning
- Grow clients through upsales
- Use AI to automate communication, generate specifications, translations, and summaries
Offer: €48,000-€72,000 per year + bonuses for upsales and great projects. Fully remote, European time zone, employment contract.
