Responsibilities
- Enhance EPAM’s relationship with Microsoft in North America by building connections with senior decision-makers and aligning efforts with global Microsoft and EPAM cloud strategies
- Launch and execute regional go-to-market strategies for Microsoft, partnering with cloud specialists and marketing professionals
- Work with business unit heads, sales, technical teams, and marketing to create growth plans and unlock new business opportunities
- Collaborate with solution experts to develop new services and drive expansion in key accounts
- Deliver on alliance program objectives by implementing joint business plans and increasing both partner-driven and partner-influenced revenue
- Showcase the impact of the Microsoft partnership by producing and sharing customer case studies
- Represent EPAM at Microsoft and industry events, working with sales and marketing to strengthen the company’s visibility
- Oversee the partner deal registration process and stay informed about Microsoft’s engagement requirements and evaluation standards across the region
- Coordinate with North American and global cloud teams to present annual and quarterly results to EPAM’s leadership
- Organize and lead quarterly business review sessions with Microsoft partners in each area
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in enterprise technology and the partner or channel ecosystem
- At least 5 years in sales or alliance positions, with a focus on cloud solutions; Microsoft experience is a plus
- Proven leadership with at least 2 years managing teams of 20 or more, demonstrating strong people management skills
- Participation in at least 5 full project cycles or experience launching a product or major feature to market
- Comprehensive understanding of solution integration or partner-led sales, with a history of delivering business results
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, able to convey complex information to diverse audiences
- Strong organizational skills, including pipeline management and process improvement
- Experience in developing and maintaining strategic partnerships and key business relationships
- Thorough knowledge of marketing strategies and business development in the technology sector
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and ensure follow-through
- Team-oriented attitude with a focus on collective achievement
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-moving, results-driven environment
- Positive, collaborative, and proactive approach to challenges
