Join AI automation team of a leading global insurance group, providing property, casualty, and life insurance solutions. You’ll work directly with VP of engineering and develop complex automation systems.
The role involves designing and implementing AI agents for the insurance domain using technologies such as Python, LangChain, LangGraph, and AWS Bedrock, including decision-making workflows and integration with APIs, databases, and external systems. It also includes building and optimizing RAG pipelines with vector search (e.g., OpenSearch) and services like AWS SageMaker, S3, and Lambda to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.
Requirements:

Strong experience in Python

Experience building LLM/agent applications using LangGraph or LangChain

Hands-on with AWS Bedrock (models, Agents, tool/function calling)

Experience with SageMaker, Bedrock Knowledge Bases

Understanding of LLM limitations (hallucination, context, cost/latency tradeoffs)

Experience designing end-to-end AI systems (agent workflows, scalable services), at least one real project building agents and deploying to the production with proven business outcome of the automation

Experience creating custom tools/functions for agents
- Familiarity with evaluation, testing, and monitoring of LLM systems
Nice to have:

Hands on experience with UiPath platform, both classic RPA and Agentic automation

Experience with RAG pipelines (chunking, embeddings, retrieval tuning) (req)
