Recruiter (Talent Acquisition, Sourcing, ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter) – Remote | U.S. Hours

We’re hiring a Recruiter who can own the hiring process end-to-end — from sourcing to offer.

This is not just a coordination role. You’ll be responsible for:

What You’ll Own

Role Intake & Hiring Strategy

  • Partner with hiring managers to define:
    • Ideal candidate profiles
    • Success criteria
    • Hiring timelines
  • Write high-converting job descriptions
  • Align sourcing strategy with market conditions

Sourcing & Pipeline Generation (Core Focus)

  • Build pipelines using:
    • LinkedIn Recruiter
    • Indeed
    • Glassdoor
  • Use Boolean search to identify high-quality candidates
  • Engage passive candidates through outbound outreach
  • Maintain active pipelines across multiple roles

Screening & Candidate Assessment

  • Conduct structured phone/video interviews
  • Evaluate:
    • Skills
    • Experience
    • Communication
    • Cultural fit
  • Use behavioral and competency-based questions
  • Manage assessments or case studies when required

Candidate Experience (Critical)

  • Own communication from first outreach → offer
  • Ensure:
    • Fast response times
    • Clear expectations
    • Professional experience
  • Act as the brand ambassador for the client

Interview Coordination & Decision Support

  • Schedule interviews across time zones
  • Prepare candidates for interviews
  • Collect structured feedback from hiring teams
  • Run debriefs and align decisions

Offer Management & Closing

  • Draft and present offers
  • Handle negotiations professionally
  • Close candidates efficiently
  • Support onboarding handoff

Tools & Systems

  • ATS platforms:
    • Greenhouse
    • Lever
    • JazzHR
    • iCIMS

Reporting & Analytics

  • Track:
    • Time-to-fill
    • Source effectiveness
    • Pipeline health
  • Maintain dashboards and reporting
  • Provide market insights to hiring managers

Process & Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with HR and hiring teams to improve processes
  • Ensure compliance with hiring standards and data privacy
  • Continuously refine recruiting workflows

  • Strong interview and evaluation skills

  • Agency or high-volume recruiting background
