Requirements
- 10+ years of personal injury litigation paralegal experience
- Minimum 5 years in a supervisory, team lead, or management role
- Deep working knowledge of state, local, and federal court rules
- Strong working knowledge of e-filing, legal documentation, and litigation management software
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage department-wide workloads and priorities
- Genuine empathy for injured clients
- Deep alignment with Parnall Law's five core values
- Ability to work during Mountain Time business hours
- Willingness and ability to travel for quarterly planning meetings and, on occasion, in the event a case proceeds to trial
