Parnall Law Firm is hiring an experienced Litigation Department Director to oversee and elevate their paralegal team. The role requires a seasoned litigation professional with a passion for fighting for injured clients and a commitment to building high-performing teams.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of personal injury litigation paralegal experience
  • Minimum 5 years in a supervisory, team lead, or management role
  • Deep working knowledge of state, local, and federal court rules
  • Strong working knowledge of e-filing, legal documentation, and litigation management software
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage department-wide workloads and priorities
  • Genuine empathy for injured clients
  • Deep alignment with Parnall Law's five core values
  • Ability to work during Mountain Time business hours
  • Willingness and ability to travel for quarterly planning meetings and, on occasion, in the event a case proceeds to trial
