Overview

We are seeking a skilled Automation Tester with a strong background in .NET to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for both manual QA activities and the development and maintenance of automated tests across our suite of cruise applications. You will play a key part in ensuring product quality, providing release confirmations, and collaborating closely with developers and management to deliver reliable software.

Responsibilities

  • Handle manual QA tasks across cruise applications
  • Create new automation tasks for new functionality within the cruise
  • Run existing automation tests during deployments
  • Maintain the existing automation project for all cruise applications, including booking platforms, web applications, legacy systems, retail systems, and supplier inventory/pricing modules
  • Provide Go/No Go release confirmation
  • Analyze and provide guidance on failed tests to developers and management

Requirements

  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in .NET automation testing
  • Background in travel product shopping and booking
  • Experience working with Azure DevOps
  • Expertise in test strategy and test plan creation, including Test Matrix and Test Case design
  • Proficiency in Component/Integration Testing, QE/Functional Testing, and Web Service/API Testing
  • Skills in test framework creation
  • Competency in Selenium, Postman, and SoapUI
  • Scripting capability with JavaScript and C#
  • Intermediate English (B1+ CEFR level)

Nice to have

  • Certifications such as ISTQB, CSTP, or Selenium Professional
  • Understanding of basic cloud concepts, including IaaS, PaaS, and/or SaaS
  • Familiarity with AWS and Microsoft Azure providers
  • Knowledge of JUnit, NUnit, and TestNG
