Wert is hiring an Integration Support Agent.
Responsibilities:
- Support partners throughout the integration process, from setup to launch.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with guidance from our engineering team.
- Identify and suggest improvements to make integrations smoother and faster.
- Represent Wert in partner chats (Discord, Telegram, Slack), ensuring partners feel supported and informed.
- Maintain and expand the knowledge base and internal documentation.
- Collaborate with product and tech teams to share partner feedback and influence roadmap decisions.
Requirements:
- Experience with Web3 or blockchain technologies (NFTs, smart contracts, DeFi, etc.).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Technical aptitude: comfortable learning APIs, testing integrations, and understanding basic code snippets.
- Active presence in Web3 communities (Discord, Twitter, Reddit) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently in a distributed team.
