Business Analyst (Fintech): build and improve customer journeys for credit and debit card applications with a focus on funnel optimization and process design. Gather requirements, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and analyze product metrics to enhance the digital onboarding experience.
Location: Flexible (remote or office). Must be willing to work across European and Mexican time zones. Relocation support to Serbia is available.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and launch new customer journeys within existing banking products.
- Improve stages of the credit and debit card application funnel.
- Gather, analyze, and refine business requirements for engineering teams.
- Design business processes and write clear technical requirements.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and Analysts to deliver initiatives.
- Analyze customer journeys to identify bottlenecks and propose improvements.
Requirements:
- English: B2 level or higher.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate business processes into clear requirements.
- Structured thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities; willingness to work across European and Mexican time zones.
Nice to have:
- Commercial experience in Origination, Customer Support, or Delivery domains.
- Experience or education related to technology-driven companies.
- Degree from a strong university.
