Business Analyst (Fintech): build and improve customer journeys for credit and debit card applications with a focus on funnel optimization and process design. Gather requirements, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and analyze product metrics to enhance the digital onboarding experience.

Location: Flexible (remote or office). Must be willing to work across European and Mexican time zones. Relocation support to Serbia is available.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and launch new customer journeys within existing banking products.
  • Improve stages of the credit and debit card application funnel.
  • Gather, analyze, and refine business requirements for engineering teams.
  • Design business processes and write clear technical requirements.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and Analysts to deliver initiatives.
  • Analyze customer journeys to identify bottlenecks and propose improvements.

Requirements:

  • English: B2 level or higher.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to translate business processes into clear requirements.
  • Structured thinking and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities; willingness to work across European and Mexican time zones.

Nice to have:

  • Commercial experience in Origination, Customer Support, or Delivery domains.
  • Experience or education related to technology-driven companies.
  • Degree from a strong university.
