The Data Governance team within the Business Intelligence Directorate is looking for a Business Data Analyst to support regulatory reporting, data governance initiatives, and data quality improvement projects for business units and OTP HQ.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and map CBU regulatory reporting and OTP HQ Controlling BI reporting requirements from source to target systems;
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and data owners to define data definitions and data quality rules;
  • Prepare SQL scripts and technical requirements for data loading into target systems;
  • Maintain and improve Glossary, data models, and data quality frameworks;
  • Monitor reporting requirements and proactively improve data quality together with business units;
  • Participate in RegTech and MIS reporting initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Higher education degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, or Econometrics;
  • At least 3 years of experience writing SQL queries and building reports from databases;
  • Strong MS Excel skills, including pivot tables and lookup functions;
  • Understanding of banking products and processes;
  • Experience with Oracle or SQL Server databases;
  • English proficiency is mandatory;
  • Power BI, IFRS reporting knowledge, or ACCA certification would be considered an advantage.
