Responsibilities:
  • Undertake the company's development strategy and achieve the market goals (revenue, profit, share, etc.)
  • Replenish the product lineup in a timely manner according to the market situation in Central Asia, optimize the proportion of middle and high-end product sales, and improve the level of profit margins.
  • Focus on the terminal, including product marketing, store sampling, display, etc., to ensure that product sales goals are achieved.
  • New product planning, parallel process nodes to ensure that new products are listed on time to achieve sales goals.
  • Set sales targets for the frontline sales team (Direct Sales Representatives).
  • Regularly perform sales data analysis, summaries, and reviews to ensure goal achievement.
  • Be responsible for recruiting and building the frontline sales team.
  • Organize regular training on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
  • Systematically collect and analyze competitor market dynamics, pricing strategies, and promotional activities. Prepare research reports to support decision-making.
  • Plan, organize, and execute offline marketing promotion activities. Summarize and evaluate the effectiveness of these activities.
  • Maintain and update channel customer data, managing customer information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Supervise and promote the standardized image building of retail terminals.
  • Manage product display, and conduct sales & inventory analysis and purchase management to ensure store stock availability and drive retail growth.
  • Provide necessary oral and written interpretation/translation support (Chinese, Russian, English) for company management to ensure smooth internal and external communication.

Requirements:
  • Higher education.
  • English - fluent, Russian - fluent, Chineese is a plus.
  • Self-control and a high level of responsibility.

  • Politeness, articulate speech, and business correspondence skills.

  • Ability to multitask. Proactive attitude and ability to achieve results.
