The Principal Engineer Service now works as part of the Digital Automations and Integrations technology team to lead the design, creation, and maintenance of ServiceNow automation solutions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience designing/developing complex ServiceNow business automation solutions
- 8+ years of experience developing enterprise solutions with SaaS-based automation systems
- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow data model, scripting, and platform architecture
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and external automation tools
- Strong technical troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Excellent organizational abilities
- Empathy for colleagues in different circumstances, enabling you to tailor materials to their needs
- Experience working in a distributed multinational team environment
