🧩 Your mission
As a Digital Marketing & End-to-End Growth Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping and activating the commercial strategy for new initiatives within the Innovation & Growth Lab.
Your mission is to design and execute structured go-to-market and outreach strategies that allow us to reach the right decision-makers, validate market interest, and generate qualified business opportunities.
You will work closely with the IGL team and coordinate with the sales function to define sales playbooks and outbound frameworks, build and segment target databases, craft high-converting messaging, and launch multi-channel outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels).
You will own the top-of-funnel strategy end-to-end, from campaign design and experimentation to securing the first qualified sales meetings, building a consistent and scalable lead generation engine.
🌊 What you’ll do
- Design and execute targeted growth and outbound campaigns across channels (LinkedIn, email, strategic partnerships, and selective paid acquisition when relevant).
• Collaborate on the commercial strategy behind user acquisition, funnel optimization, and lead qualification frameworks.
• Contribute to market segmentation, ICP definition, messaging strategy, and value proposition refinement to optimize conversion into qualified meetings.
• Set up and optimize outreach campaigns, track performance, and ensure smooth handover to sales.
• Analyze target accounts and campaign data to refine go-to-market hypotheses.
• Develop high-converting messaging and assets (email sequences, LinkedIn outreach, landing pages).
• Support CRM workflows, database management, and reporting.
• Collaborate closely with sales to activate opportunities and secure qualified meetings.
🌟 What we’re looking for
- 2+ years of experience in growth, digital marketing, or commercial strategy roles.
• Proven experience designing and executing outbound and lead generation campaigns (LinkedIn, email, CRM workflows, etc.).
• Comfortable building databases, structuring outreach sequences, and tracking performance.
• Strong analytical mindset with focus on pipeline metrics and conversion.
• Proactive and autonomous — able to turn strategy into execution.
• Familiar with CRM, tracking, and reporting tools.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Comfortable organizing and participating in client and commercial meetings.

- Previous experience in fast-paced, lean environments.
• Based near Barcelona or available for occasional in-person collaboration.
