Our client is a Singapore-based fintech group seeking a Sales Manager to accelerate client acquisition and grow settlement volumes within their Digital Assets business line. The role is hands-on and results-driven, requiring a strong network across PSPs, OTC traders, crypto exchanges, or financial institutions.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management within fintech, FX/payments, or digital assets.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and volume targets.
- Strong network across OTC trading desks, PSPs, remittance firms, or exchanges.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; able to handle complex deals independently.
- Understanding of stablecoins, FX, cross-border settlement, and liquidity management preferred.
- Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-moving, execution-driven environment.
- Fluent in English (Mandarin, Thai, Tagalog, Bahasa, or other Asian languages a plus).
