Mercor is seeking a Senior Visual Designer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in visual, brand, or marketing design, a portfolio demonstrating brand systems and polished visual craft, and expertise in Figma production, Adobe CC, and accessibility standards.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in visual, brand, or marketing design
  • Portfolio demonstrating brand systems and polished visual craft
  • Expertise in Figma production, Adobe CC (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), typography systems, brand guideline authorship, accessibility standards (WCAG)
  • Comfortable with design artifacts: brand guidelines, asset specs, audit reports, accessibility annotations
  • Clear written communication; can articulate reasoning step by step and encode it into deterministic rubrics
