Overview
We are seeking a Delivery Manager to serve as the operational engine for our insurance client accounts. You will drive account growth through delivery excellence, manage complex program roadmaps and lead a critical test automation transformation project — bridging client commitments and technical execution.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary client operational contact, identifying upsell opportunities from delivery metrics and presenting automation ROI in QBRs to support renewals and new SOWs
- Manage end-to-end delivery of insurance software initiatives (policy, claims, billing), ensuring cross-functional coordination, compliance, release stability and RAID log governance
- Lead the migration from manual regression to a fully automated CI/CD test suite, defining scope with QA architects and tracking coverage, cycle time and defect escape metrics
- Coordinate client UAT transitions and knowledge transfer to ensure seamless handovers between delivery and operations teams
- Translate client pain points into automated test scenarios, aligning technical delivery with commercial account growth objectives
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale client accounts or multi-workstream program budgets in a client-facing delivery role
- Proficiency with Agile at scale (SAFe, Scrum) and hybrid (Waterfall/Agile) delivery models
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence or Azure DevOps for roadmap tracking and stakeholder reporting
- Experience with test automation projects in a regulated industry, with working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
- Strong commercial acumen: able to frame technical solutions as business growth propositions and present ROI data to senior stakeholders
- Effective cross-functional stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
- Native-level Cantonese proficiency; fluent in written and spoken English
Nice to have
- Background in Insurance Technology (P&C, Life or Annuities), with relevant domain exposure
- Familiarity with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Leapwork or Tricentis Tosca
- Knowledge of API testing and data masking practices for sensitive policyholder data
