Role Overview
As Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will:
Manage the CEO’s daily schedule, meetings, and priorities
Handle emails, messages, and internal coordination
Support operational tasks and follow-ups across teams
Prepare documents, reports, and simple summaries as needed
Act as a gatekeeper for communication and task prioritization
Coordinate with internal staff and external partners
Ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently
