Role Overview

As Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will:

  • Manage the CEO’s daily schedule, meetings, and priorities

  • Handle emails, messages, and internal coordination

  • Support operational tasks and follow-ups across teams

  • Prepare documents, reports, and simple summaries as needed

  • Act as a gatekeeper for communication and task prioritization

  • Coordinate with internal staff and external partners

  • Ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently
