Bohemia Interactive, a leading independent game studio in the Czech Republic, is looking for a Senior QA Tester in Brno.
Responsibilities:
- Testing of playable content and features and evaluating results
- Regression tests, bug hunts, feature, and continuous testing
- Reporting issues, providing feedback and end-user opinion in every step of feature development
- Cooperating with colleagues and with developers from other departments in the bug life cycle or during research
- Keeping overall awareness regarding project
- Establishing QA procedures and workflow
- Team management; leading a small team of four testers
Requirements:
- Relevant experience with game testing (knowledge of test types, software development life cycle etc.)
- Experience with team management
- Ability to quickly orient yourself in a dynamic environment with new challenges
- Great analytical thinking
- English for daily communication (B2 or higher)
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of Atlassian software (JIRA, Confluence) or other bug-tracking software
- Knowledge of agile testing principles
- Knowledge of Arma Reforger
