JOB SUMMARY

This is a remote appointment setter role at the front of the revenue engine, and it is built for someone who is organized, persistent, and confident on the phone.

Your primary focus is booking and confirming high-quality sales appointments with warm leads. You will handle inbound inquiries, follow up with prospects, confirm scheduled calls, and re-engage no-shows — making sure qualified buyers show up prepared and ready to move forward.

This is not a passive admin role. You will be expected to manage conversations, overcome objections, and create urgency that keeps the pipeline moving.

WHAT WE OFFER

Base Salary: $35,000 annually (paid weekly) On-Target Earnings: $60,000 annually

Commission Structure:

Work Schedule & Flexibility:

  • Full-time position

  • Schedule: Primarily Monday through Friday

  • Hours: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM EST / 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST

  • Additional evening or weekend hours may be required based on lead volume

Operational Expectations:

  • Respond to inbound inquiries quickly and professionally

  • Make outbound calls to warm leads generated through website and partner channels

  • Maintain high booking volume and strong show rates

  • Confirm all scheduled appointments and ensure clients are fully prepared

  • Re-engage no-shows and reschedule missed appointments

  • Communicate consistently with the sales team to keep calendars optimized

  • Manage high-volume texting and follow-up communication

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answer inbound calls from prospective clients and book sales appointments

  • Conduct outbound calls to warm leads to schedule consultations

  • Confirm appointment details including time, meeting link, and required pre-call steps

  • Introduce the service and build initial interest to increase show rates

  • Follow up with prospects via text to schedule, confirm, or reschedule appointments

  • Send meeting links and ensure all required forms or questionnaires are completed

  • Track and manage no-shows, working to rebook missed opportunities

  • Collaborate closely with sales representatives to ensure full, optimized calendars

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of 6 months experience in appointment setting or a similar role

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Comfortable handling high call volume and frequent follow-ups

  • Ability to build rapport quickly and handle basic objections

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and accountability

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
