WeTravel is changing the travel industry by empowering small businesses and local experts to launch and grow their own travel businesses. As an Engineering Leader, you will own the infrastructure, reliability, and developer experience that underpins all of WeTravel's product engineering.
Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on experience with AWS, containerization, CI/CD, and Infrastructure-as-Code.
- 4+ years of experience leading teams: you've built, hired for, and scaled platform teams.
- Proven track record of designing reliability programs (SLIs/SLOs, on-call, incident management) at scale.
- Experience with security compliance frameworks (SOC 2, PCI-DSS) in a SaaS/fintech context.
