Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for daily business system training, system operation and maintenance, and operational support to ensure stable system usage.
Assist in handling issues and abnormalities that occur during on-site system usage, follow up on the handling progress in a timely manner, and provide feedback on the results.
Conduct system operation training for on-site employees to improve the efficiency and standardization of system usage by business staff.
Assist in collecting and organizing system issues, business requirements, and optimization suggestions, communicate with relevant departments, and promote closed-loop problem resolution.
Responsible for basic maintenance of on-site equipment and network to ensure the normal operation of daily office work and business activities at the site.
Complete other tasks related to IT operation and maintenance, system support, and business coordination assigned by supervisors.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above. Outstanding fresh graduates may also be considered.
Computer-related majors are preferred. Familiarity with basic computer network knowledge, basic equipment maintenance, and network troubleshooting is required.
Proficient in office software, especially Excel, Word, and other commonly used office tools.
Able to skillfully use AI tools such as ChatGPT, DeepSeek, etc., and apply them in practical work scenarios to improve work efficiency.
Fluent in Kazakh and Russian. Proficiency in either Chinese or English is required, and one of them should be used as a daily working communication language.
Experience in system operation, system maintenance, IT support, or related business support is preferred.
Strong sense of responsibility, execution ability, communication and coordination skills, and problem-solving ability.
Familiarity with the map of Kazakhstan, major cities, geographical locations, and administrative divisions is preferred.

This position is mainly responsible for supporting on-site system training, system operation and maintenance, system operation support, equipment and network maintenance, and cross-department communication. The role will help improve on-site issue handling efficiency, standardize system usage processes, ensure stable business operations, and strengthen IT support for on-site business activities.
