We're looking for a leader to join us and push that further: bringing a clear point of view, a high bar for the work, and the curiosity to keep trying new approaches.

This role leads a team that turns consumer understanding into decisions and direction for ••••••••'s marketing and product leaders. It brings a forward-looking point of view, balances long-term strategic work with fast-turn insights, helps the team adopt the latest consumer research technologies and manages a portfolio of select, innovative partners to continually increase the research organization’s impact. • Partner with business owners and fellow leaders to build the annual research plan and determine where research dollars go, and embed insights into planning and decision cycles
  • Evaluate, pilot, and adopt emerging research technologies (e.g., AI-enabled analysis, automated reporting, new methods) and selectively choose innovative partners to move faster and smarter, shifting work in-house where it makes sense

  • Analyze existing consumer data, including unstructured sources such as open-ended feedback, and customer interactions, to track satisfaction, usage, and behavior over time
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of research professionals, setting a high bar for quality, curiosity, and strategic impact
