Responsibilities:
- Lead design projects across the product lifecycle and multiple product launches.
- Promote strong design practices, influence product strategy, and improve product execution and quality.
- Work closely with engineering, product, and business teams to solve design challenges.
- Use user feedback to influence product design strategy and create solutions that delight customers.
- Develop and maintain product design systems.
- Produce multiple concepts and prototypes, balancing pixel-perfect detail with low-fidelity sketches and prototypes.
Requirements:
- 6+ years in a UI/UX design role; consumer fintech experience preferred.
- Previous experience in the crypto space.
- Excellent Figma skills. Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) is a plus.
- Experience building consumer-facing mobile and web products, wireframes, prototypes, and design systems.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively on a cross-functional team, seek feedback, and push back when necessary.
- Ability to lead product design discovery and manage the end-to-end design process from concept through delivery.
- Strong information design experience and foundation in UX design heuristics.
- Deep knowledge and applied experience in graphic design, including layout, typography, and color.
- A portfolio demonstrating care for craft and an interest in building in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Based in North or South America or European time zones.
Nice to have: Previous experience at a CEX or DEX exchange.
