Requirements:

5+ years as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or in a similar product leadership role
Strong background in payments, fintech, forex, crypto, PSPs, or acquiring, including work with payment providers and integrations
Understanding of payment orchestration: routing, cascading, traffic allocation, and optimization
Analytical mindset, data-driven decision-making, and measurable business impact
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
