Seeking a creative Storyboard Artist to develop the animatic for an upcoming 3D animated short film.

Responsibilities:

Visualize the screenplay with a shot-by-shot storyboard and create a timed animatic that conveys the film’s rhythm, pacing, and sequence of actions.
Collaborate with the director and producer to reflect the creative vision.
Develop shot composition, camera angles, rhythm, and editing transitions.
Convey emotional tension and character dramaturgy, and maintain consistency with the project’s visual style and tone.
Deliver storyboards and animatics in formats suitable for later production stages, including 3D modeling and animation.
Incorporate feedback and make revisions.

Requirements:

Portfolio with storyboard and/or concept art examples, plus an original animatic for the first application stage.
Strong sense of composition and cinematic language; ability to sketch quickly and work effectively in a team.
Creative freedom and integration of AI tools into the creative process.
Responsibility and ability to meet project deadlines.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Storyboard Pro (Toon Boom), TVPaint Animation, Clip Studio Paint, Procreate, Blender, SketchUp, or another relevant program.

Employment: Project-based. Hybrid or remote; office location in Yerevan.
