Boiler Lab is looking for a junior to join the AIMLAPI partnerships team. AIMLAPI is a platform that lets developers connect to hundreds of AI models through one API.

Responsibilities:

  • Find AI agent projects such as Cursor, Cline, and CrewAI, and negotiate AIMLAPI integrations with their teams.
  • Contact maintainers through GitHub, Discord, Twitter, LinkedIn, and email, and follow up to get a response.
  • Submit PRs and issues in partner repositories together with the development team.
  • Collect feedback from partners and users and share it with the product team.
  • Track the partnerships funnel in a spreadsheet, including conversions, weekly summaries, and hypotheses for promoting new integrations.

Requirements:

  • No prior experience required; junior candidates are welcome.
  • English B2+ for communication with partners.
  • Willingness to reach out to new people, handle refusals and lack of response, learn on the job, and take ownership without step-by-step instructions.
  • Comfort with spreadsheets and tracking funnel metrics.

Nice to have: technical background or familiarity with LLM APIs, endpoints, models, API keys, and limits; a GitHub account and understanding of issues, PRs, and maintainers; experience using AI agents; internships, pet projects, community experience, or developer support experience.

Conditions and benefits:

  • Office in Moscow or Saint Petersburg; flexible start time; no remote option.
  • Contract as self-employed or individual entrepreneur, with taxes reimbursed.
  • Payment in cryptocurrency or to a ruble account.
  • 28 days of paid leave and fully paid sick leave.
  • Compensation for courses, seminars, and professional literature.
  • Individual development plan after the probation period and clear growth criteria for progressing to Middle level.
  • Seven additional public holidays per year instead of following the Russian production calendar.
  • Work with teams from the US and Europe from the first week; initial integrations and correspondence are reviewed together with the team lead.
