••••••• is a fintech company developing a B2B SaaS platform for payment processing and orchestration. The company is looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to scale, automate, and continuously improve its cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and improve AWS production infrastructure, including availability, security, scalability, and performance.
  • Automate infrastructure with Terraform and Ansible.
  • Build and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
  • Manage Linux systems, networking, and load balancers/reverse proxies.
  • Improve monitoring, logging, and alerting.
  • Handle production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and prevent recurrence.
  • Help design and operate a new DWH on ClickHouse and Amazon Kinesis.
  • Strengthen disaster recovery, backups, and capacity planning.
  • Optimize AWS costs without compromising reliability.
  • Work with development and security teams on architecture.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure roles managing production environments.
  • Strong Linux administration, including troubleshooting and performance tuning.
  • Hands-on AWS experience, including EC2, VPC, IAM, and RDS.
  • Experience with Terraform and/or Ansible.
  • Solid networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DNS, routing, VPN, and TLS.
  • Strong knowledge of nginx, reverse proxies, and load balancing.
  • Experience building CI/CD pipelines and using Prometheus, Grafana, or similar tools.
  • Scripting in Bash and/or Python.
  • Understanding of infrastructure security, high availability, and disaster recovery.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex production issues, take ownership, and independently design and deliver solutions.

Nice to have:

  • Experience deploying, operating, or optimizing ClickHouse.
  • Familiarity with Amazon Kinesis, Apache Kafka, or other streaming technologies.
  • Experience supporting data warehouses, ETL/ELT pipelines, or real-time data platforms.
  • Experience with Oracle Database, PostgreSQL, or Redis.
  • Familiarity with SRE practices, including SLI/SLO definitions, incident management, and capacity planning.
  • Knowledge of fintech security and compliance requirements, particularly PCI DSS.
  • Experience designing highly available, fault-tolerant, or multi-region AWS architectures.
