Seeking a Middle Business Analyst with hands-on experience in blockchain and presales processes, preferably in software development outsourcing environments.
Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements throughout the SDLC.
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to clarify requirements and support project delivery.
- Prepare and maintain BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and specifications.
- Facilitate requirement elicitation sessions, workshops, and discovery meetings.
- Support presales through discovery calls, solution discussions, effort estimations, and proposal preparation.
- Translate business needs into Jira tasks; maintain project documentation in Confluence.
- Analyze blockchain-related business cases and support Agile teams with backlog prioritization and sprint planning.
- Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies in requirements and propose practical solutions.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the software development industry, preferably in outsourcing.
- Understanding of blockchain, DeFi, NFTs, cross-chain communication, Ethereum, Polkadot and Substrate-based chains, Layer 2 infrastructure, and ZK technologies.
- Basic understanding of crypto systems.
- Experience with requirements management during the SDLC, Jira, Confluence, requirements elicitation, and documentation techniques.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and presales activities.
- Upper-Intermediate English.
