Develop and implement machine learning models for real-world applications, with a focus on NLP, LLM integration, and recommendation systems.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, tune, and deploy machine learning algorithms and models.
- Build recommendation and ranking systems, intelligent assistants, and agentic solutions.
- Compare technical approaches to business problems and keep models and language model instructions up to date.
- Work with customers to identify challenges, gather requirements, and translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Present customer demos and explain technical concepts, approaches, and results.
Requirements:
- At least 1.5 years of relevant experience in startups or professional services firms.
- Experience developing, tuning, evaluating, deploying, and integrating machine learning models and off-the-shelf solutions.
- Knowledge of classification, regression, clustering, NLP, large language models, and agentic systems.
- Experience with large datasets, data processing systems, and data analysis.
- Strong mathematical foundation and skills in customer communication, negotiation, requirements analysis, and technical specification writing.
- English at B2 level and fluent Russian.
