Overview

We are seeking a Senior Python Software Engineer to join our Big Data/AI Retraining Program, designed for experienced professionals eager to transition into Big Data and AI engineering.

This exclusive 8-week program will equip you with the skills required to excel in cutting-edge technologies, while maintaining your current title and compensation.

Responsibilities

• Gain foundational understanding of Machine Learning Operations (MLOps)
• Explore AI Agents in LangChain and build proficiency in related tools
• Acquire expertise in LangGraph and its applications
• Implement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques
• Develop insights into LLM memory systems for advanced applications
• Refine evaluation strategies for AI builders using LLMs
• Build and assess advanced Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) functionalities
• Master production-ready RAG systems with LangChain and LlamaIndex

Requirements

• 4+ years of production experience in IT
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Background in tools like Databricks, Spark, and container technologies including Docker and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
• English proficiency at B2+ level or higher
