Overview
We are looking for an SAP Business Solution Architect to join our EPAM team and lead technology-driven solution architecture across pre-sale and delivery.

Responsibilities
- Run SAP pre-sale and implementation governance to ensure quality delivery outcomes
- Drive solution discovery with clients and support the sales team during assessments
- Define SAP solution-specific functional requirements from initial vision through blueprint
- Lead fit-gap analysis and align business requirements to SAP solution capabilities
- Develop target architecture and client roadmaps aligned with SAP solutions and portfolio
- Define and integrate business, data, application, and technical architecture domains
- Drive architecture methodologies to ensure consistency and cooperation across SAP architecture
- Identify solution opportunities by assessing current client landscapes and pain points
- Guide process and organizational change aligned to SAP delivery goals
- Troubleshoot delivery issues and perform root cause analysis to unblock progress
- Estimate effort for process design, organizational improvements, and SAP configuration and development
- Introduce innovation topics that address specific client needs and improve outcomes
Requirements
- 3+ years of solution architecture experience in SAP contexts
- Strong leadership skills to guide architecture governance and delivery decisions
- Solid project governance experience across pre-sale and implementation lifecycles
- Deep SAP functional requirements skills, including fit-gap analysis and blueprinting
- Proven troubleshooting skills with root cause analysis in complex SAP landscapes
- Excellent stakeholder management skills for client discovery and relationship building
- Advanced English proficiency (C1, Advanced)
