Overview

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Tester to join our team and ensure the quality, stability, and reliability of Salesforce applications and integrations. The ideal candidate will bring strong testing expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions aligned with business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute test cases, test scenarios, and regression test suites for Salesforce applications and related integrations
  • Validate Salesforce configurations, customizations, workflows, flows, reports, dashboards, and user permissions against business requirements
  • Perform functional, integration, system, and user acceptance testing to ensure solution quality and stability
  • Identify, document, track, and verify defects, working closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to resolve issues
  • Support release validation activities, including smoke testing and post-deployment verification in Salesforce environments
  • Contribute to test planning, test documentation, and continuous improvement of QA processes and testing best practices

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in QA/testing, with a strong focus on Salesforce applications
  • Expertise in developing and executing test cases, test scenarios, and regression test suites
  • Proficiency in functional, integration, system, and user acceptance testing
  • Knowledge of Salesforce configurations, customizations, workflows, flows, reports, dashboards, and user permissions
  • Background in defect identification, documentation, tracking, and verification using standard QA tools
  • Familiarity with release validation activities, including smoke testing and post-deployment verification
  • Understanding of QA processes, test planning, and testing best practices
  • Capability to collaborate effectively with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders
  • English proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher
