Qlead is a digital partner helping brands enter new markets and grow. The company specializes in Latin America and is seeking a Payment Monitoring Specialist to ensure stable payment processes and improve conversion across LATAM markets.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor payment transactions, conversion, and success rates across providers and payment methods.
- Identify causes of conversion declines, analyze anomalies, and investigate issues in payment flows.
- Switch payment channels and redistribute traffic between providers.
- Monitor payment method availability and respond promptly to incidents.
- Work with providers and the technical team to resolve issues.
- Analyze payment route performance and suggest ways to improve conversion.
- Maintain reports and work with monitoring dashboards.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in payments, processing, payment operations, or technical support for payment solutions.
- Understanding of the payment transaction lifecycle and reasons for declined transactions.
- Experience monitoring payment conversion and investigating incidents.
- Understanding of routing, cascades, and payment traffic distribution.
- Analytical thinking and ability to make timely decisions.
- English for communicating with providers.
Nice to have: Experience in high-risk or iGaming, knowledge of LATAM payment methods, and experience with SQL, Google Sheets, and analytics dashboards.
