Responsibilities:
- Own features across backend, web, Android, and iOS as an AI-leveraged engineer.
- Collaborate with product managers to turn goals into solutions.
- Design for scale, latency, and cost constraints.
- Build complete features and write automated tests across all surfaces.
- Measure impact after deployment and iterate based on user feedback.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, with strong backend skills.
- Proficiency with AI coding agents in production.
- Experience with high-load distributed systems and microservices.
- Comfort across multiple stacks and languages.
- Strong fundamentals in algorithms and data structures.
- Intermediate-level English or higher.
Nice to have: Experience building agentic workflows; familiarity with Java 17+ and Spring Boot; experience shipping client-side features on web, Android, or iOS; background in live-streaming, video, or consumer products.
