Emagine is seeking a Backend Node.js Developer to join an international project focused on building scalable and reliable backend solutions in a cloud-first environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong Node.js development experience and deep AWS knowledge who enjoys working in distributed teams and delivering high-quality software.
What You'll Be Working On
Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Node.js.
Build scalable and secure solutions on AWS.
Develop and maintain APIs and backend services.
Collaborate with international teams in the delivery of high-quality software.
Contribute to system performance, reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What We're Looking For
5+ years of experience in backend software development.
Strong hands-on experience with Node.js.
Deep experience working with AWS.
Experience designing and developing scalable backend services and APIs.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
English C1 level or higher.
Location & Eligibility
Candidates must be based in Portugal.
Remote position.
Long-term assignment (12+ months).
Start date: ASAP.
