🚀 About the project

We are looking for an experienced Squad Lead / Senior Technical Lead to support the development and scaling of an enterprise-grade AI platform for regulated and mission-critical environments.

The platform operates in both SaaS and on-premises environments, including deployments without internet access.

You will combine hands-on technical leadership, architecture, and delivery ownership, ensuring that architectural decisions translate into reliable, secure, and scalable solutions.

🧠 Your responsibilities

  • lead technical delivery and coordinate the engineering work of the squad

  • translate platform requirements into technical plans and sprint commitments

  • guide architectural decisions, implementation quality, security, and reliability

  • identify technical and delivery risks and drive corrective actions

  • collaborate with product, infrastructure, and architecture stakeholders

  • support delivery across SaaS, on-premises, and disconnected environments

  • mentor senior engineers and maintain technical ownership of delivered solutions

🧩 Must haves

  • 10+ years of software engineering experience, including technical leadership

  • strong background in software architecture and system design, preferably backend or full-stack

  • experience with Python, Go, or Java (Python preferred)

  • solid understanding of distributed systems

  • experience with cloud and on-premises architectures

  • practical knowledge of security, reliability, and observability

  • experience integrating LLM or AI capabilities into software products

  • proven track record of leading senior engineers and delivering complex technical initiatives end to end

  • strong ownership, communication, and decision-making skills

  • good command of English

✨ Nice to have

  • experience with Kubernetes and GitOps

  • knowledge of air-gapped deployments

  • experience with threat modelling, Zero Trust, or software supply-chain security

  • knowledge of Infrastructure as Code, such as Terraform or Pulumi
