Senior Creative Front-end Developer

Responsibilities:

• Create creative interactive layouts and complex web animations using GSAP, Framer Motion, and Lottie.
• Integrate the client side with Payload CMS.
• Write and maintain technical documentation, and cover code with tests.
• Analyze tasks, select suitable technologies, conduct code reviews and refactoring, and profile performance.
• Help develop engineering culture and support the team's development processes.

Tech stack: TypeScript, Next.js, Payload CMS, PostgreSQL, Zod, Playwright, Biome, Turborepo.

Requirements: More than 6 years of experience; strong JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and React 19 skills; understanding of Next.js App Router and Server/Client Components; advanced GSAP and/or Motion skills; advanced HTML5, CSS3, CSS Modules, and responsive semantic layout; experience with modern design patterns and build tools; confident Git skills and browser-based UI performance debugging.

Nice to have: Experience with creative websites at Awwwards/FWA level, WebGL and Three.js, testing and CI/CD, Node.js and PostgreSQL, SCSS/SASS, Webflow or Framer, and English at B1+ level.
