Own three connected products: predictions, analytics, and A/B testing. Lead a small ML team, set its priorities, and help grow the team.
- Own the prediction engine, including what it forecasts, its accuracy requirements, and how its results are validated for customers.
- Work with the team to identify and improve the performance and quality of dashboards.
- Decide how ML capabilities should be applied to dashboards and tests, or whether they should be used at all.
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with code or models and the ability to make technical decisions.
- Strong mathematics and classical ML knowledge; able to evaluate model choices, metrics, and prediction horizons.
- Product ownership experience and a track record of shipping products and measuring their impact.
- SQL skills and a habit of validating data directly.
