A fast-growing IT startup is hiring an experienced Security Operations Center L2 Engineer.

Requirements:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in a SOC or security operations role, with progression to L2 or equivalent.
  • Strong experience using AI for SOC automation and detection.
  • Hands-on expertise with SIEM platforms such as Splunk, Sentinel, QRadar, Elastic, or Datadog.
  • Experience onboarding diverse log sources, including firewalls, EDR, cloud platforms, identity providers, network devices, and applications, into a SIEM or observability platform.
  • Solid understanding of incident response frameworks such as NIST 800-61 and SANS IR, plus hands-on incident response experience.
