An international fintech company is looking for an experienced IT Lead / Senior System Administrator to take ownership of internal IT infrastructure and operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage corporate IT infrastructure, networks, VPNs, and office systems.
- Administer Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and other SaaS platforms.
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding, IT support, and access management.
- Oversee endpoint management, MDM solutions, and device security.
- Implement IT security policies, MFA, SSO, and access controls.
- Manage IT assets, software licenses, vendors, and documentation.
- Improve and automate internal IT processes.
Requirements:
- Strong background in system administration or IT operations.
- Hands-on experience with Google Workspace, MDM, VPNs, and corporate networks.
- Solid understanding of IT security best practices.
- Experience managing SaaS tools and user access.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of IT operations.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
