Overview

We have an exceptional opportunity for a Delivery Manager to join us. You will ensure that projects and initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and budget, while prioritizing the use of best practices and maintaining a healthy working environment for the team(s). English and Lithuanian languages are required for this role.

The challenge involves working across diverse projects with various platforms, technologies, and teams of experienced specialists. Your role will involve guiding clients towards successful project delivery, emphasizing the value and quality of the deliverables, innovative solutions, and key performance metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate stakeholders’ alignment towards joint goals
  • Define success criteria and measurement strategy
  • Proactively identify and manage risks
  • Orchestrate all parties toward success
  • Apply business acumen for challenges resolution
  • Participate in pre-sales activities (convert new opportunities into projects)
  • Manage delivery from kick-off to go-live and post-production
  • Facilitate the requirements gathering process & discovery
  • Interface with the clients
  • Proactively communicate project status and risks
  • Improve Engineering Excellence: set a quality pipeline and development practices
  • Hold demos, train internal and external stakeholders towards best practices with confident argumentation
  • Manage releases, facilitate the UAT and Prod deployment
  • Control project’s budget distribution
  • Manage the quality of the product and inspire the team to be responsible for the value we deliver
  • Prepare the WBS and resource plans
  • Establish project’s management and communication plans, escalation procedures, change & risk management, and Agile ceremonies
  • Manage the virtual project’s teams: ensure a positive, collaborative work environment for the team; mentor and coach project team members; establish a governance model; solve people management issues
  • Advocate and drive organizational best practices on the projects
  • Creatively look for opportunities to develop the account, increase the success rate of the projects managed, and bring in new businesses

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Delivery/Project management experience
  • Good organizational and problem-solving skills
  • A “Can do” attitude cultivated by a self-motivated approach with minimal direction
  • Strong commitment to delivering high-quality solutions
  • Comfort with complexity, including challenging technical decisions
  • Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence
  • Ability to approach and communicate with a wide range of personalities, including offshore and onsite teams, business stakeholders, technology consultants, engineers and solution architects
  • Proven experience ensuring deliverables and leading distributed teams up to 20 people in a full range of roles
  • Expertise in team performance, productivity metrics, product scalability, and data-driven approaches
  • Handling constant changes while ensuring the satisfaction of stakeholders and team members comes naturally to you
  • Track record delivering enterprise-level solutions in digital, AI, cloud fields
  • Experience using AI in SDLC
  • Good planning and monitoring skills
  • Confident in setting up Dev/ QA/ BA processes, introducing best practices and metrics
  • Agile practitioner, comfortable with different methodologies
  • English level – Upper-Intermediate+ (B2+) or higher
  • Lithuanian – fluent

  • Prior hands-on engineering or solution architecture experience is a big plus
